First time using this garage and really impressed

Where to begin - first time using this garage and really impressed. My partner arranged the initial conversations due to me breaking down on the side of the road. Dan, stayed late in order to check parts costing and timescales and really took the time to explain to my partner about how stuff works and what could be wrong.

Dan also arranged a flat bed to come and collect after the RAC let me down, at a competitive price.

From there on Dan & Lisa kept us informed, allowed us to split the payment and catalogued the issues with pictures and videos.

Within 2 days they replaced my clutch, flywheel, brake pads and discs along with all accompanying parts some of which were BMW own parts.

They also performed a health check in order to make sure there were no impending problems

I am back on the road within two days and i am thoroughly impressed. recommend highly.
